Students of Tehran University Protested against Disciplinary Committee

Breathing in Confinement – A group of students at Tehran University had a gathering to protest against the University’s Disciplinary Committee.
According to the report of “Breathing in Confinement”, a group of students gathered in front of the main library of Tehran University, carrying placards with respect to suspension sentences and summoning the students by the Disciplinary Committee, on 13th April.
Then the protesting students had a demonstration towards the Faculty of Social Sciences and continued their rally in front of this Faculty.
According to one of the protesters, after increase in the number of attendances the security forces prevented other students from joining the protesters.
It is to say that, earlier in March, about 150 students of Tehran University and University of Science and Technology had been summoned to the Disciplinary Committee for different reasons.
