Breathing in Confinement – An Arab political prisoner is in critical health condition at Karoun prison in Ahwaz.

According to the report of “Breathing in Confinement”, Kazem Khoshnamak, who has been imprisoned since 2005 is suffering from an unknown illness since 6 years ago and is currently in critical health condition.

One of his relatives told “Breathing in Confinement”, “Kazem Khoshnamak is ill since 6 years ago and because of not receiving proper medical treatment he has been paralyzed.”

“He is also suffering from a kind of disease in his eyes that he is not able to move his pupils anymore.” He said.

Kazem Khoshnamak, Arab civilian was arrested in 2005 and has been sentenced to 10 years in prison because of his civil activities.

He is currently kept at ward 8 of Karoun prison in Ahwaz.

Prisoners
