Breathing in Confinement – The death sentences of at least two prisoners who had been arrested on charges of “murder” and sentenced to death were carried out in Shiraz Prison.
According to Breathing in Confinement, the news outlet of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, at dawn on Wednesday, 24 September 2025, two prisoners were hanged in Shiraz Prison. The identities of the prisoners, “Kamran Ramin Amirzendegani” and “Aria Soltani,” have been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement.
Kamran Ramin Amirzendegani and Aria Soltani, both from Shiraz, had previously been arrested in separate cases on charges of “murder” and sentenced to death. Their sentences were carried out at dawn on Wednesday, 24 September 2025, in Shiraz Prison.

Annual Report on Executions in Iran
