According to Breathing in Confinement, the news outlet of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, a prisoner was executed in Isfahan Prison in mid-April 2026. The prisoner has been identified by Breathing in Confinement as Amirhossein Mohammadalipour.
According to the report, Amirhossein Mohammadalipour had previously been arrested on charges related to drug offences and was sentenced to death by the judiciary.
