Breathing in Confinement – The death sentence of at least one prisoner who had previously been arrested and sentenced to death was carried out in Kerman Prison.
According to Breathing in Confinement, the news outlet of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, at dawn on Tuesday, 2 September 2025, a prisoner was executed in Kerman Prison. The identity of the executed prisoner has been verified by Breathing in Confinement as Naser Mahi Dashti. His charges remain unknown and are under investigation.
Naser Mahi Dashti, a resident of Fahraj, Kerman Province, had previously been arrested and sentenced to death. The sentence was carried out at dawn on Tuesday, 2 September 2025, in Kerman Prison.
