Jafar Ebrahimi was arrested and was transferred to Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj

Breathing in Confinement – Concurrently with the 40th day of November protesters’ martyrdom, Jafar Ebrahimi, a teacher and a member of the Iranian Teachers’ Trade Association, was arrested on December 26 in Behesht-e-Sakineh cemetery in Karaj and was transferred to Rajai Shahr Prison.
According to Breathing in Confinement, the news organ of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, Jafar Ebrahimi, has been transferred to Ward 8 of Rajai Shahr Prison. And for nearly a week, there has been no information on his situation.
Ward 8 of Rajai Shahr Prison in Karaj is known as the Revolutionary Guards’ Ward which is under control of the Ministry of Intelligence and Intelligence Organization of the Revolutionary Guards.
It is noteworthy that on December 26, 2019, on the occasion of the 40th of November protesters’ martyrdom, many of the people who were going to participate in the ceremony for Pouya Bakhtiari’s 40th day of martyrdom, were arrested.
