Breathing in Confinement – On Monday, at least 15 protest gatherings and demonstrations took place across the country.
According to the Statistical Centre of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, Breathing in Confinement, retirees of the Telecommunications Company of Iran, who have been continuously protesting for over two years against the conduct of major shareholders—including the IRGC Cooperative Foundation and the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order—once again took to the streets today in several cities. Demonstrations occurred in Kermanshah, Bijar, Rasht, Zanjan, Tehran, Tabriz, Sanandaj, Isfahan, Khorramabad, Shiraz, Shahr-e Kord, and Babol.
