Breathing in Confinement: On Tuesday, July 27, a Kurdish citizen from Diwandareh named Fouad Habibi, was detained by security forces and taken to an unknown location.
So far, his family’s effort to obtain information about Fouad’s condition have been unsuccessful.
As of this writing, no information is available on the reason for the arrest and the charges against this citizen.
