Prison sentence in Kermanshah for sheltering a person injured in November 2019 protests

Breathing in Confinement: A citizen of Kermanshah named Mohieddin Asghari was sentenced to one year suspended imprisonment for sheltering a wounded protester during November 2019 uprising.
According to the Kurdistan Center for Democracy and Human Rights, Mohieddin Asghari, from Kermanshah, has been sentenced to one year suspended impriosonment by the city’s criminal court.
As per the report, Mohieddin Asghari was arrested by security forces on November 29, 2019, in connection with the November protests, and was transferred to the Ministry of Intelligence Detention Center in Kermanshah. And after 27 days, he was transferred to Dieselabad Prison in Kermanshah to be released on bail 8 days later.
