Breathing in Confinement: On Thursday, October 27, 2022, two citizens named Motallleb Saeedpir from Baneh and 28-year-old Fereydoun Faraji from Saqqez city shot dead by security forces in protests in Baneh.
“The bodies of these two citizens have been transferred to Salahuddin Ayubi Baneh Hospital and have not yet been handed over to their families,” said an informed source.
Nationwide uprising is ongoing in various cities in Iran. On Wednesday, October 26, concurrently with the 40th day ceremony of the killing of Mehsa Amini, people took to the street in more than 240 cities across Iran and chanted anti-government slogans.
