According to Rokna, in the presence of the director-general of the State Prisons Organization and Security and Corrective Measures, \u00a0withdrawing their claims against the murderers, three Azerbaijani families granted them a second life.<\/p>\n
According to the report, these families were from the\u00a0 Bonab and Maragheh counties. In addition, one of these families requested the killer to memorize the entire holy Quran as a precondition for the retaliation (Qisas) to be pardoned.<\/p>\n
On the sideline of this event, Hassan Mohammadiari- director of the prisons in East Azerbaijan province, said that: “There are currently 1800 prisoners who have memorized the Holy Quran from 1-30 Juz (part), as well as 800 inmates who are memorizing the Nahj al-Balagha”.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
