Breathing in Confinement – On Monday, November 11, in the City of Babol, a prisoner accused of murder was forgiven by the victim’s family and rescued from death, while having the noose around his neck.

According to IRNA, the man was transferred to a hospital after being taken down from the gallows.<\/p>\n
In a conversation with the reporter of\u00a0 IRNA, chief justice of the City of Babol, quoting the hospital staff, described the condition of the pardoned offender as satisfactory.<\/p>\n
“The man is still admitted in a hospital in the City of Babol”, said Fazlullah Vakili Rad the city’s chief justice. He then explained the way that the consent of the victim’s relatives was obtained as: \u00a0“The offender, father of two,\u00a0 his son in law of the victim’s family. \u00a0And the victim’s family, after several hours of being interviewed by the officials and trustees and as a result of their efforts, announced that they had pardoned the offender right at the moment of implementation of the verdict.<\/p>\n
Three years ago, in a family scuffle, the forgiven murderer of 43-year-old, named “Hussein Ali N”, \u00a0killed his wife’s 36-year-old brother ( Ibrahim G), using a hunting weapon.<\/p>\n
