{"id":155,"date":"2014-06-30T07:28:24","date_gmt":"2014-06-30T07:28:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bciran.org\/wplocationen\/?p=155"},"modified":"2014-07-07T07:32:20","modified_gmt":"2014-07-07T07:32:20","slug":"clinic-authorities-refuse-to-accept-reza-shahabi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bciran.org\/wplocationen\/labor-and-guilds\/clinic-authorities-refuse-to-accept-reza-shahabi","title":{"rendered":"Clinic authorities refuse to accept Reza Shahabi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Breathing in Confinement &#8211; Reza Shahabi was transferred to Rajai Shahr prison\u2019s Clinic as he passed out on day 31<sup>st<\/sup> of his hunger strike.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report of \u201cBreathing in Confinement\u201d, the board member of the Syndicate of Tehran and Suburbs Bus Company went on hunger strike from first of June after being exiled from ward 350 of Evin Prison to Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Regarding his condition, an informed source who was not willing to give his name said to the reporter of \u201cBreathing in Confinement\u201d: \u201cToday afternoon Reza Shahabi passed out because of hunger strike and noise waves that got worse from several days ago and he was transferred to Prison\u2019s Clinic by Shahrokh Zamani and several other cellmates.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the clinic staff behaviour, he added: \u201cWhen Shahrokh Zmani asked the clinic authorities to inject a serum to Reza Shahabi, they said we are not going to give any treatment unless he stops his hunger strike, then, this caused verbal clash between prisoners and clinic authorities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Finally, this informed source stated: \u201cEventually Reza Shahabi was returned to the ward by his cellmates but his condition is still critical and he cannot stand without others help.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Reza Shahabi, board member of the Syndicate of Tehran andSuburbs Bus Company, is sentenced to 4 years Imprisonment, 5 years ban on Tread Union activities and 7 million Rail\u2019s fine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Breathing in Confinement &ndash; Reza Shahabi was transferred to Rajai Shahr prison&rsquo;s Clinic as he passed out on day 31st of his hunger strike.
