He continued: &#8220;Having had debates on every issue, we were constantly arguing and eventually we decided to divorce. I took custody of the children and Mitra would come to my house to see them.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Following the defendant&#8217;s statement, the interrogator found him guilty and indicted him for premeditated murder.<\/p>\n<p>The defendant stood trial in Tehran Criminal Court at Branch 7, while both of his daughters demanded a death sentence for him.
