Mr. Derafshan was charged with &#8220;insulting the Supreme Leader&#8221; while his &#8220;private chat page&#8221; was referred to as evidence! Mr. Dehghan called the verdict &#8220;a verdict without justification, with violation of the right of having a lawyer and without permission to study the case before the trial.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It needs to be mentioned that Mr. Derafshan was arrested on August 31, 2018, at the home of his client, Arash Keykhosravi who is also a lawyer.
