Abedinzadeh added: &#8220;Our main question is why there was only one supervisor for a large number of girls in this center.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, the girl&#8217;s father is in prison and her mother is an addict.
