Breathless: Protest rapper Tomaj Salehi was sentenced to imprisonment and fined by the Shahin Shahr Revolutionary Court. The sentence has been suspended for one year.<\/p>\n

According to Breathing in Confinement the news organ of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, Tomaj Salehi, a protest rapper, was sentenced to imprisonment as well as paying a fine by the Shahin Shahr Revolutionary Court.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
According to the verdict recently issued and notified to him by the Shahin Shahr Revolutionary Court, Mr. Salehi has been sentenced to six months in prison and to pay a fine for “insulting the Supreme Leader and propaganda against the regime.” The sentence has been suspended for one year.<\/p>\n

Mr. Salehi was arrested by security forces at his home on September 12, 2021, and was released on bail from Dastgerd Prison in Isfahan on September 21.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
