According to “Breathing in Confinement”, the news organ of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, the lawyer, Mohammad Hadi Erfanian Kaseb, was summoned to Evin Court to serve his sentence.<\/p>\n

According to the summons, Mr. Erfanian Kaseb has been asked to appear in Branch 1 of the Sentence Enforcement Unit of Evin Court to serve his sentence.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Mohammad Hadi Erfanian Kaseb had previously been sentenced by Branch 29 of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran to 3 months and 5 days in prison on charges of “propaganda activities against the regime.” The sentence was upheld five days after being referred to Branch 36 of the Tehran Provincial Court of Appeals, presided over by Judge Ahmad Zargar.<\/p>\n
