{"id":4444,"date":"2023-01-20T17:56:47","date_gmt":"2023-01-20T17:56:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bciran.org\/wplocationen\/?p=4444"},"modified":"2023-01-20T17:56:47","modified_gmt":"2023-01-20T17:56:47","slug":"amir-sattari-a-former-political-prisoner-was-arrested-in-tabriz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bciran.org\/wplocationen\/prisoner\/amir-sattari-a-former-political-prisoner-was-arrested-in-tabriz","title":{"rendered":"Amir Sattari, a former political prisoner, was arrested in Tabriz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> January19, 2023<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Newsgroup: Prisoners &#8211;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Breathing in Confinement: On Tuesday, January 17, Amir Sattari, living in Tabriz and a former political prisoner, was arrested and transferred to Tabriz prison to serve his 91-day prison sentence.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">According to &#8220;Breathing in Confinement&#8221;, the news organ of the Prisoners&#8217; Rights League in Iran, on Tuesday, January 17, Amir Sattari, a former political prisoner, was arrested and transferred to Tabriz prison to serve his sentence.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In November 2021, Branch 111 of Tabriz Criminal Court 2 sentenced Mr. Sattari to 91 days in prison as well as a fine.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">According to the verdict, 50 days of his prison sentence has been suspended for 2 years.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The sentence was upheld in December 2021 in the Court of Appeal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Amir Sattari Raouf was arrested by Intelligence agents on July 22, 2021, and transferred to Tabriz prison.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">He was finally released from Tabriz prison in August of the same year.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>January19, 2023 Newsgroup: Prisoners &ndash; Breathing in Confinement: On Tuesday, January 17, Amir Sattari, living in Tabriz and a former political prisoner, was arrested and transferred to Tabriz prison to serve his 91-day prison sentence.
