\nBreathing in a Confinement: On Monday, November 6, a Baloch prisoner was executed in Isfahan’s Dastgerd prison on drug-related charges.<\/p>\n
According to “Breathing in the Confinement”, the news organ of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, on Monday, November 6, the death sentence of a Baloch prisoner named Hamed Brahui, 40, was carried out in Dastgerd prison in Isfahan. This prisoner had been arrested and sentenced to death about four years ago for carrying drugs.<\/p>\n
To be executed, Hamed Brahoui had been transferred to solitary confinement on Sunday, November 5.<\/p>\n
As of this writing, the execution of this prisoner has not been announced by Iran’s state media or official sources.<\/p>\n
According to the statistics center of the Prisoners’ Rights League in Iran, at least 730 prisoners have executed in various cities in the last one year (October 11, 2022-October 10, 2023).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
