According to the report of “Breathing in Confinement”, the 86-year-old prisoner, who suffers from leukemia, was sent to medical leave from Hall 12 of ward 4 in Rajai Shahr prison, in Karaj on 28th<\/sup> December.<\/p>\n In this regard, an informed source told \u201cBreathing in Confinement\u2019s\u201d reporter: \u201cProsecutor demanded his release considering his age and illness but, it has met with judge Salvati\u2019s rejection and he was sent to medical leave.\u201d<\/p>\n Hassan Tafah, with a doctorate in law, is a member of the Arab Lawyers Union and supervisor member of International Court of Justice.
