\nAccording to an informed source who spoke to a Breathing in Confinement reporter, Vahid Norouzi Mehrabad, a 30-year-old from Saveh and resident of Mashhad, had previously been arrested on charges of premeditated murder and sentenced to death.<\/p>\n
