The identity of the third prisoner, who was executed alongside these two, has been confirmed as Hossein Heidari.<\/p>\n<p>Hossein Heidari had been previously arrested on drug-related charges and sentenced to death.<\/p>\n<p>As of the time of this report, the execution of these prisoners has not been announced by official resources.<\/p>\n<p>According to the annual report of the Statistics Center of the Prisoners\u2019 Rights League in Iran, at least 848 citizens were executed in 2023.
