The identity of the prisoner, Javad Mahdi Saberi, has been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to a report from Breathing in Confinement, Mahdi Saberi had previously been arrested on drug-related charges and sentenced to death.
