The identities of these prisoners, Ali Momeni and Ramin Kazem Valilu, have been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to a report from Breathing in Confinement, Ali Momeni was arrested in 2022 on charges of murdering a jeweler and was sentenced to death.
