{"id":558,"date":"2015-03-04T14:42:59","date_gmt":"2015-03-04T14:42:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bciran.org\/wplocationen\/?p=558"},"modified":"2015-03-29T14:49:02","modified_gmt":"2015-03-29T14:49:02","slug":"6-sunni-prisoners-executed-in-rajai-shahr-prison-in-karaj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bciran.org\/wplocationen\/religious-minorities\/6-sunni-prisoners-executed-in-rajai-shahr-prison-in-karaj","title":{"rendered":"6 Sunni Prisoners Executed in Rajai Shahr Prison in Karaj"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Breathing in Confinement \u2013 6 Sunni Prisoners were executed in Rajai Shahr Prison in Karaj.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report of &#8220;Breathing in Confinement&#8221;, Hamed Ahmadi, Jamshid and Jahangir Dehghani, Kamal Molaei, Hadi Hosseini and Sadigh Mohammadi who were taken on 3<sup>rd<\/sup> March, from Hall 10 of ward 4 in Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj to quarantine of this prison, were executed at 4 am on, 4<sup>th<\/sup> March 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Prison officials have told their families that their bodies have been transferred to Bibi Sakina cemetery.<\/p>\n<p>Amnesty International, in a statement had urged the Iranian authorities to stop the sentences.<\/p>\n<p>Also, some of the families of these prisoners and human rights activists gathered last night in front of Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj and urged the authorities to stop executing these 6 prisoners.<\/p>\n<p>It is to say, Hamed Ahmadi, Kamal Molaei, Jamshid and Jahangir Dehghani, were taken to solitary confinement in Ghezelhesar prison in Karaj once before on 13<sup>th<\/sup> June for execution but after widespread international protests and a 39-day hunger strike they were returned to Rajai Shahr prison, in Karaj.
