The identity of this prisoner, Shahin Mahdavi Kia, has been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Breathing in Confinement reporter, Shahin Mahdavi Kia, son of Khosrow, a resident of Qom Qaleh village, had previously been arrested and sentenced to death for the rape of an 11-year-old child, which led to the child\u2019s suicide.
