The identity of the prisoner, Seyed Jalal Hashemizadeh Haghighi, has been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement.<\/p>\n<p>Based on reports received by Breathing in Confinement, Seyed Jalal Hashemizadeh Haghighi, the son of Seyed Mashallah and a resident of Shiraz, had previously been arrested on charges of \u201cmurder\u201d and sentenced to death.
