The identity of the prisoner, Mohammad Raei, has been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement.<\/p>\n<p>Based on reports received by Breathing in Confinement, Mohammad Raei, a resident of Mureshk village, had been arrested three years ago on charges of \u201cmurder\u201d and sentenced to death.
