The identity of this prisoner, Mohammad Javad (Afshin) Hassanvand, has been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement.<\/p>\n<p>As per the reports received by Breathing in Confinement, Mohammad Javad (Afshin) Hassanvand, son of Karam Ali, a resident of Alishtar in Lorestan Province, was arrested six years ago on murder charges and sentenced to death.
