The identity of the prisoner has been confirmed as <strong data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"597\">Saman Rashidi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"852\">According to the report, <strong data-start=\"625\" data-end=\"642\">Saman Rashidi<\/strong>, son of Ali Joon and a resident of Izeh, had previously been arrested on charges of <strong data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"737\">murder<\/strong> and sentenced to death.
