The news was made public based on a statement by Aida Younesi, his sister, who posted on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter):<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"1304\">\n<p data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"1304\">&#8220;Today, intelligence agents forcibly abducted my brother, Ali Younesi, from Evin Prison and transferred him to an undisclosed location. My mother suffered a nervous breakdown out of sheer anxiety. I have no idea where they\u2019ve taken Ali. Shame on you for continuing to torment political prisoners even in times like this, taking out your rage and hatred on them.
