His identity has been confirmed as <strong data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"567\">Mohammad Amin Mahdavi Shayesteh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"799\">Mahdavi Shayesteh, aged 21, was arrested in autumn 2023 and sentenced to death by Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Salavati, on charges of \u201cespionage for Israel\u201d and \u201cinsulting sacred values.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"1036\">This transfer comes despite his request for a retrial having been accepted, according to his lawyer.
