The identity of the individual has been confirmed as Kianoush Khosravi Siah Beidi<\/strong> by Breathing in Confinement.<\/p>\n Kianoush Khosravi Siah Beidi, son of Aziz Khan, married, and a resident of Siah Bid-e Olya in Kermanshah Province, had previously been arrested on charges of \u201cmurder\u201d and sentenced to death.
