The identities of the prisoners \u2014<strong>Fariborz Haghi, Mohammad Gerousi, Ali Eityavandi,<\/strong>and <strong>Ali Hosseinpour<\/strong> \u2014 have been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"882\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">These four individuals had previously been arrested in separate cases and sentenced to death for drug-related charges.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"882\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<p><strong>Annual Report on Executions in Iran<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the annual report by the Statistics Centre of the Prisoners\u2019 Rights League in Iran, at least 1,170 individuals were executed in Iran in 2024.
