Their identities have been confirmed as <strong>Mojtaba Izadi, Reza Sharifzadeh,<\/strong>and <strong>Ali Rajaei<\/strong>. The outlet had previously reported their transfer to solitary confinement on Monday, 4 August, in preparation for the executions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"1025\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Mojtaba Izadi, 35, and Reza Sharifzadeh, 35, both from Garmaseh, Falavarjan, and Ali Rajaei, approximately 33 years old from Kelishad, Falavarjan, had been arrested on charges related to drug offences and sentenced to death. The executions were carried out at dawn on Wednesday, 6 August 2025, in Dastgerd Prison, Isfahan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>No official report<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As of the time of this report, the execution of these prisoners has not been announced by official resources.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annual Report on Executions in Iran<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the annual report by the Statistics Centre of the Prisoners\u2019 Rights League in Iran, at least 1,170 individuals were executed in Iran in 2024.
