The identity of one of the prisoners has been confirmed as <strong>Kamran Amraei<\/strong>, while the identity of the second individual is still under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Kamran Amraei, approximately 40 years old, married, and a resident of Kuhdasht, had been previously arrested on drug-related charges and sentenced to death. The executions were carried out at dawn on Wednesday, 6 August 2025, in Kerman Central Prison.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>No official report<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As of the time of this report, the execution of these prisoners has not been announced by official resources.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annual Report on Executions in Iran<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the annual report by the Statistics Centre of the Prisoners\u2019 Rights League in Iran, at least 1,170 individuals were executed in Iran in 2024.
