The identities of these prisoners \u2013 <strong>Ali Mobasher, Hossein Rezaei, <\/strong>and <strong>Zaker Aramesh<\/strong> \u2013 have been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement.<\/p>\n<p>Ali Mobasher, 40, from Isfahan; Hossein Rezaei, from Isfahan; and Zaker Aramesh, 27, from the village of Dourak in Sarbaz County, had previously been arrested and sentenced to death for charges related to \u201cdrug offences.\u201d The sentences were carried out at dawn on Monday, 11 August 2025, in Dastgerd Prison, Isfahan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>No official report<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As of the time of this report, the execution of these prisoners has not been announced by official resources.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annual Report on Executions in Iran<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the annual report by the Statistics Centre of the Prisoners\u2019 Rights League in Iran, at least 1,170 individuals were executed in Iran in 2024.
