12 August 2025<\/strong> According to Breathing in Confinement, the news outlet of the Prisoners\u2019 Rights League in Iran, at dawn on Tuesday, 12 August, a prisoner was hanged in Shiraz Central Prison. The identity of this prisoner has been confirmed as Afshin Dehghan<\/strong> by Breathing in Confinement.<\/p>\n Afshin Dehghan, a resident of Jovalighan village in the Jereh and Baladeh District of Kazerun, had previously been arrested on charges of \u201cmurder\u201d and sentenced to death.
