His identity has been confirmed by this human rights organisation as <strong data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"621\">Hamed Barahouei<\/strong>, 25, from Zahedan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"808\">He had previously been arrested on a charge of \u201cmurder\u201d and sentenced to death.
