His identity has been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement as <strong data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"538\">Rahman Ali Akbari<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"773\"><strong data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"564\">Rahman Ali Akbari<\/strong>, son of Ebrahim, from Angaz village, had previously been arrested and sentenced to death on a charge of murder. The sentence was carried out at dawn on <strong data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"748\">Wednesday, 3 September 2025<\/strong>, in Kermanshah Prison.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>No official report<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As of the time of this report, the execution of this prisoner has not been announced by official resources.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annual Report on Executions in Iran<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the annual report by the Statistics Centre of the Prisoners\u2019 Rights League in Iran, at least 1,170 individuals were executed in Iran in 2024.
