Their identities have been verified by Breathing in Confinement but are being withheld.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"975\">These prisoners had previously been arrested on drug-related charges and sentenced to death. Several other death row prisoners had already been transferred to solitary confinement in recent days.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annual Report on Executions in Iran<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the annual report by the Statistics Centre of the Prisoners\u2019 Rights League in Iran, at least 1,170 individuals were executed in Iran in 2024.
