Their identities \u2014 <strong data-start=\"494\" data-end=\"522\">Seyed Saeed Seydi-Tabaei<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"544\">Hamidreza Maleki<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"563\">Javad Sargazi<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"581\">Ali Garavand<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"606\">Sajjad Mahmoudi<\/strong> \u2014 have been verified by Breathing in Confinement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"1153\"><strong data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"688\">Seyed Saeed Seydi-Tabaei<\/strong>, from Pishva, and <strong data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"727\">Hamidreza Maleki<\/strong> were arrested seven years ago on <strong data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"777\">drug-related<\/strong> charges and sentenced to death. <strong data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"827\">Javad Sargazi<\/strong>, from Zabol, and <strong data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"861\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Ali Garavand<\/strong>, 28, from Kuhdasht, were arrested nine years ago on <strong data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"930\">drug-related<\/strong> charges and sentenced to death. <strong data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"982\">Sajjad Mahmoudi<\/strong> was arrested seven years ago on a <strong data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1027\">murder<\/strong> charge and sentenced to death. Their sentences were carried out at dawn on Wednesday, 1 October 2025, in Ghezel Hesar Prison.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"1153\">\n<p><strong>No official report<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As of the time of this report, the execution of these prisoners has not been announced by official sources.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annual Report on Executions in Iran<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the annual report by the Statistics Centre of the Prisoners\u2019 Rights League in Iran, at least 1,170 individuals were executed in Iran in 2024.
