Younes Shahbazi, from Bagh-Azari, Tehran, and <strong data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"812\">Ali \u201cSiah\u201d<\/strong>, from Tehran, had been arrested in <strong data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"870\">separate cases<\/strong> on drug-related charges and sentenced to death.
