The identities of <strong data-start=\"408\" data-end=\"424\">Saman Talebi<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"429\" data-end=\"449\">Habib Haq-Shenas<\/strong> have been verified; the identity of the <strong data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"528\">third prisoner, an Afghan national<\/strong>, is under investigation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"851\"><strong data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"564\">Saman Talebi<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"589\">Habib Haq-Shenas<\/strong>, both from <strong data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"612\">Isfahan<\/strong>, had previously been arrested in separate cases on drug-related charges and sentenced to death.
