Sources state he was paid <strong data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"658\">50 million tomans<\/strong> to carry a load that contained drugs; throughout his detention he <strong data-start=\"725\" data-end=\"754\" data-is-only-node=\"\">maintained he was unaware<\/strong> of the contents. He was transferred to solitary confinement the morning before the execution, and the sentence was carried out at dawn on Wednesday, 5 November 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"928\">\n<p><strong>No official report<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As of the time of this report, the execution of this prisoner has not been announced by official sources.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annual Report on Executions in Iran<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the annual report by the Statistics Centre of the Prisoners\u2019 Rights League in Iran, at least 1,170 individuals were executed in Iran in 2024.
