The identities of three of them \u2014 <strong data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"540\">Ali Heydari, Soroush Haghpanah, <\/strong>and <strong data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"540\">Ali Kazemian<\/strong> \u2014 have been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement. The identity of the fourth prisoner is still being verified.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"1040\">Ali Heydari, approximately 28 years old and a resident of Tehran, had been arrested during an altercation and sentenced to death on a charge of murder. His family had offered 15 billion tomans to obtain the victim\u2019s family\u2019s consent, but the complainant refused, and the sentence was carried out at dawn on Wednesday. He had been transferred to solitary confinement on 8 November.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1256\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Soroush Haghpanah and Ali Kazemian had also been arrested in separate cases on charges of murder and sentenced to death. Their sentences were likewise carried out at dawn on 12 November 2025 in Ghezel Hesar Prison.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1256\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<p><strong>No official report<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As of the time of this report, the execution of these prisoners has not been announced by official sources.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annual Report on Executions in Iran<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the annual report by the Statistics Centre of the Prisoners\u2019 Rights League in Iran, at least 1,170 individuals were executed in Iran in 2024.
