The identity of this prisoner, Mohsen Fakhraei,<\/strong> has been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement.<\/p>\n Mohsen Fakhraei,<\/strong> father of three, from Mashhad, had previously been arrested on a charge of murdering a man named Boroumand and sentenced to death.
