The identity of the prisoner, Mansour Jalali<\/strong>, has been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement.<\/p>\n Mansour Jalali, 40, from Chahdak-e Narmanshar in Kerman Province, had previously been arrested on drug-related charges and sentenced to death.
