The identity of the prisoner has been confirmed by Breathing in Confinement as <strong>Peyman Mohammadi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"552\" data-end=\"827\">According to the report, <strong>Peyman Mohammadi<\/strong> had previously been arrested on charges of \u201cmurder\u201d of an individual named Mohammad Fakhr al-Din and was sentenced to death by the judiciary.
